Reheating Instructions


Prepared Meals + Holiday Catering

Follow the steps below to bring your meals to fresh-from-the-kitchen deliciousness.

Warming directions are outlined by dish category.


Entrées

Fish and Seafood

Preheat oven to 325°F.

  • Serves 2: Add 1 tablespoon of water to the dish, tent loosely with foil, and bake 15+ minutes or until heated through

  • Serves 5: Add 2 tablespoons of water to the dish, tent loosely with foil, and bake 30+ minutes or until heated through.


Entrées

Chicken, Pork, Sliced Turkey, and Casseroles

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Tent loosely with foil.

  • Serves 2: Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.

  • Serves 5: Bake 40 minutes or until heated through.


Quiche

Preheat oven to 325°F. Tent loosely with foil.

  • Small: Bake for 15 minutes.

  • Large: Bake for 20 minutes


Side Dishes & Italian Casseroles

Preheat oven to 325°
Bake sides with lid on for 30-40 minutes.


Turkey

While preheating oven to 325°, let turkey come to room temperature
Warm turkey in oven with lid on for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to crisp the skin.

Catering Trays

Pasta dishes, vegetable sides, and proteins

  • Half pan trays: Preheat oven to 325°F with lid on. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.

  • Full trays: Preheat oven to 350° with lid on. Bake 45-50 minutes or until heated through.


Chicken Pot Pie

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Tent loosely with foil.

  • Small: Bake 20–25 minutes.

  • Large: Bake 35–40 minutes.


Soup, Chili, Gravy

Reheat gently on the stovetop over medium-low heat.

Stir occasionally until hot.


Appetizers

Preheat oven to 350°
Tent with tinfoil, Bake for 15 minutes


Honey Glazed Ham & Filet Mignon

While preheating oven to 300 bring Filet or Ham to room temperature

  • Warm Filet
    ° 15-20 Minutes for medium rare
    ° 25 Minutes for medium ++

  • Warm Ham: 20 Minutes Tented with Tin Foil
